Accidents happen, and I'm happy to make repairs.
There will be one complimentary restring per customer, but following there is a $3 fee, which will cover the time and cost to restring your necklace with new cord and spacers, clean her up and shipping to return the item to you. Return shipping will apply in check out.
Feel free to purchase anything from the site, and I will hold it until I receive and make repairs on your items.
Shipping to me is the buyer's responsibility.
Should you be missing beads, please contact me prior to purchasing the necklace restring to assure I still have the exact beads needed to complete the necklace, or so we can go over replacement options.
